Nearing the end.

Well I have good news Mark has got his GED received word last week that he passed. :)

More good news! Ashley has gotten all her comps for this semester of radiography. :)

Yeah!!!!! What a load off this family for these two.

Kera just today had a chorus concert and did a duet with her friend Wayne. I was very proud of her.

Dylan has started drivers ed class. Look out for those that live around us!!!

I am finishing up projects and taking my finals as well as giving a few this week. After next week I will be able to breath a little. Having back problems making my thought process a little off. Not the best time for this especially those I am doing group projects with. Sorry Guys!!!

Merry Christmas Everyone!

Kirk Family Update

It is that time of year when the end of the semester is frantic for everyone and the Kirk family is no exception.

Ashley is still needing to get 2 comps and is having to travel to two different hospitals to try and get them. Just thank God that one clinical site will let her come as often as she needs.

I have so many project due in the next couple of weeks that I hope I can keep them straight.

Mark has took his last test for his GED and we are waiting on the results. Keep your fingers crossed.

Dylan has started practicing for indoor track and made the Principals List his first semester of high school.

Kera is making all B's in her classes this semester for college and high school. I am so proud of her.

The Kirk has been very busy with each one of us being in school.

Ashley has moved to her second clinical site for radiography. She need to get more comps done and there is not a lot of people that come through this clinical site and she is getting very frustrated.

Kera is having a better semester with her college class. She is doing better in college classes than her high school classes. Go figure!!!

Dylan has ended his first Cross-Country season and is fixing to start drivers ed and do in-door track. Where does the time go????

This is a busy time for me because I not only have the classes that I am taking for ECU but the ones that I am teaching as well. I will be able to breath again in a few weeks. I am going to take time away from studies to go see the New Moon movie. Looking forward to it. New Moon was my favorite book out of the Twilight series.

Mark takes his last test for his GED this week.

I know that we are busy but as Mr. Park says "Do not forget to take some time for fun."

Update on the Kirk's

I am struggling a little this week. Just did something stupid to my group and our project. I just hope they can forgive me.

Ashley has passed off some of her clinical things to be done. Had a test today and feels she did really well.

Kera is doing really well in her college class and even has gotten compliments from her instructors. So glad everything is going well this year for her. 1 more year after this one and she will graduate. She and her sister will graduate at the same time. How funny is that Kera 18 and Ashley 22.

Had open house yesterday for Dylan and all his teachers told me what a pleasure he is to have in class. Could they be talking about the same boy. He is doing pretty well 2 c's but is taking all honors. I knew it might be difficult for him starting out.

This week on the Kirk Front

This has been a very busy week. Ashley has just started this semester in the Radiography program and she seems to have two or more test a week. She got her first bad grade this week and is very frustrated with herself. Kera is in the Early College and for this semester she is taking almost all college classes and is loving it. Dylan has started high school and is doing Cross Country for the Spartans. I am teaching two classes this semester. Never thought growing up I would teach but I love it!!!!. I have three classes from ECU. I have 9 more to go and I am done with my BSBE in Information Technology Degree. Yipeeeeeee. I will have some photos up soon.
